Since our website is in beta at the moment, we have no FAQs. We will be adding things here as they come up by our customers or store owners.
What kind of files can I upload to print & frame?
You can upload pictures from your device. At this time we only accept jpg files. We are planning on add other formats in the future.
How big I can print my picture and still have it be good quality?
Our website will take care of it. We will only be able to order sizes that make your pictures look great. You are in good hands. You can just rest, have your cup of coffee and we will take care of it for you. We are professionals and love what we do.
What is our rerurn policy?
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of made to order items we are not able to accept returns and issue refeunds.
We completely stand behind our products and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your framed picture, we are happy to try again.
We are professional picture framers and we are skilled at what we do. While we are confident you will be thrilled with your purchase, we recognize that things happen. Any issue or concern you may have is to be addressed to your local frame shop.
